Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 10 days free. After that, Shopify bills the plan every 30 days alongside your Shopify bill.
What is an active product?
A product that shows the Frame Up preview on your store.
What is a variant rule?
A rule tells Frame Up what an option means, such as “Natural Oak” being an oak frame. Sizes usually need just one rule, which reads every size you sell, and each rule covers every product that uses the option. A store selling three frames in any number of sizes typically needs four rules.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the app in your Shopify admin.
